On Friday evening (15.11. 7 pm) we invite you to a cozy get-together in the "Bierblume" in the old town. Let's toast to the upcoming weekend together! A selection of drinks and food will be offered for your physical well-being.

On Saturday evening (16.11. 8 pm) the "Maus" belongs to us! Enjoy live music from a great band and then shake a leg to electronic sounds. Admission to the party is free, but drinks are at your own expense.

Data protection

By registering for the Alumni Conference from November 15 to 17, 2024, you agree to the following points:

Processing of personal data:
I agree that my personal data provided in the registration form (name, contact details, course of study, year of graduation) will be processed and stored by Netzwerk Kommunikationspsychologie e. V. for the purpose of organizing and holding the alumni conference. This data will be used exclusively for the planning and implementation of the event and will not be passed on to third parties.

Photo and video recordings:
I consent to photographs and video recordings being made during the Alumni Conference in which I may be recognizable. These recordings may be used by Netzwerk Kommunikationspsychologie e. V. for the documentation of the event as well as for public relations (e.g. on the website of Alumni SK and the association, in newsletters, social media).

Withdrawal of consent:
I have been informed that I can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. The revocation is to be sent by e-mail to kommpsych@gmail.com. In the event of revocation, my data will be deleted immediately or the use of the photo and video recordings will be discontinued.

Finally, please check that all the details are correct. After clicking on the "Send form" button, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to pay. Please transfer the participation fee of 50 euros (until 31.08.2024) and from 01.09.2024 60 euros within 14 days - details can be found in the confirmation email. Cash payment on site is not possible!
