Mentoring Program

Our degree program thrives on community and networking. We want to use these resources and strengthen the connection between alumni and students. Both sides can benefit from each other through increased contact and networking: Alumni can pass on important experiences that provide students with guidance and professional support. Students bring valuable impulses and new perspectives.

As part of the conference, we offer a special program in which interested alumni first introduce themselves. Alumni and students can then get to know each other in a moderated introductory phase. The aim is to find suitable mentors who will accompany the students on their (professional) path.

In addition, we would like to continue the mentoring program after the conference and establish long-term networks that strengthen our Kommpsy community and promote exchange.

Compsybingo

Withstanding tension, self-fulfilling prophecies, self-revelation - these are just a few of the typical terms and phrases that everyone from our Communication Psychology degree program has in mind. That's why we cordially invite you to play a round of Comepsy Bingo together. Of course, there is also a great prize to be won!

Network exchange

Are you looking for internships, new jobs or just want to get some advice? Let's use the potential of our diverse degree program with all its alumni and students! The Network Exchange is a great opportunity to make valuable contacts, find support and benefit from the experience and resources of the Kommpsy community. In this format, both students and alumni can present their concerns one after the other and the audience can make relevant offers.

World Café

An alumni conference thrives on ideas, feedback and collaboration. In a moderated world café, we invite you to come together to exchange ideas and develop concrete program ideas and program items for the next conference. Your experiences, suggestions, creative ideas and feedback will help us to continuously improve our alumni events and shape the future of Kommpsy alumni work.

Fishbowl discussions

In two interactive discussion rounds, we offer you the opportunity to talk together about current developments and challenges, exchange experiences and share opinions. The focus will be on one topic each from the fields of coaching, work and organizational psychology and multimedia (aka psychology of digital media). Whether you are already deeply rooted in your profession or still studying - every contribution counts and enriches the conversation.
