Prof. Dr. Dr. Erik Hahn was elected to the board of the "Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft der Hochschullehrerinnen und Hochschullehrer des Rechts an Fachhochschulen/Fachbereiche des Sozialwesens in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland e. V." (BAGHR e.V.) on 15.06.2024. As a professional association of law professors at social science faculties, BAGHR also represents the legal discipline in the "Social Work" faculty conference. In addition to promoting law in teaching and research, the BAGHR pursues the goal of ensuring standards of legal education in social science courses. The BAGHR is currently working on the further development of its recommendations on the minimum proportion of law in the curriculum of the "Social Work B.A." course. The Faculty of Social Sciences at the HSZG can also benefit from these new impulses, as it is currently also undergoing an intensive process of further developing its courses.
